በሆርን ሪቪው ላይ የታተመው ይዘት ለመረጃ አገልግሎት ብቻ የቀረበ እና የግለሰብ አስተዋፅዖ አበርካቾችን አስተያየት የሚያንፀባርቅ ነው። እንደነዚህ ያሉት አመለካከቶች የግድ የሆርን ሪቪው ኦፊሴላዊ ቦታዎችን፣ ፖሊሲዎችን ወይም አመለካከቶችን አይወክሉም ፣ ተባባሪዎቹ ፣ አጋሮቻቸው ፣ ወይም ማንኛውንም ተዛማጅ መንግሥታዊ ወይም መንግሥታዊ ያልሆኑ አካላት። ሆርን ሪቪው የማንኛውም ይዘት ትክክለኛነት ፣ ምሉዕነት ፣ አስተማማኝነት ፣ ወይም ተስማሚነት ለማንኛውም ዓላማ ምንም ዓይነት ውክልና ወይም ዋስትና አይሰጥም ፣ አይገለጽም ወይም በተዘዋዋሪ። ሁሉም መረጃ የቀረበው “እንደሆነ” ነው፣ እና ሆርን ሪቪው ለማንኛውም ስህተቶች ወይም ግድፈቶች፣ ወይም በዚህ ፕላትፎርም ላይ በተሰራ ማንኛውም ይዘት ላይ በመተማመን ወይም በጥቅም ላይ ላሉ ጥፋቶች፣ ጉዳቶች ወይም መዘዞች ማንኛውንም ተጠያቂነት ያስወግዳል። የገጽ አገናኞች፣ ማጣቀሻዎች ወይም የሶስተኛ ወገን ሀብቶች ማካተት ለመረጃ ምቹነት ብቻ ነው እና ይዘትን መገምገም፣ ማጽደቅ ወይም መደገፍን አያመለክትም። በሦስተኛ ወገኖች የሚቀርቡ አመለካከቶች፣ ምርቶች ወይም አገልግሎቶች።ይህንን ድህረ ገጽ በመድረስ፣ ከሆርን ሪቪው የተገኘ ማንኛውንም መረጃ ወይም ቁሳቁስ አጠቃቀምዎ በራስዎ ኃላፊነት ላይ መሆኑን አምነው ተስማምተዋል።
