Ethiopia Partners with AeTrade Group to Establish East Africa Regional Headquarters. @MFAEthiopia has signed a Host Country Agreement with AeTrade Group to establish its East Africa Regional Headquarters in Addis Ababa. Mesganu Arga Moach, Ethiopia’s State Minister of Foreign Affairs, emphasized the importance of the agreement in accelerating the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), creating jobs, and fostering economic growth. The new regional office will support start-ups and small businesses by providing access to resources, mentorship, and market opportunities. It will also advance Ethiopia’s digital economy by encouraging innovations in e-commerce, digital payments, and online trade platforms.
