The Horn Review Skills Lab is dedicated to equipping the city’s youth with important soft and hard skills to help advance their personal and career development goals. The Skills Lab works with graduating seniors in colleges and public universities, young professionals in the workforce, and tailored executive-level courses for advanced professionals in their fields. Some of our past training activities include communication tools, professional development, interpersonal conflict resolution, and mediation. The Lab also offers hard skills courses like professional writing, quantitative data analysis, proposal writing, and ethical reporting in journalism.
